This will afford improved availability of personnel and additional infrastructure assets to resolve other core-centric issues.

DPF’s high speed scanners with appropriate dpi setting and various quality control enhancements, with OCR and bar code recognition, convert paper records into a variety of standard electronic image formats. Operators will key all essential meta data for search functions and ensure accuracy using validation tables and editing programs.
Client may scan documents over a secure line from centralized and remote locations to DPF, with operators keying the essential metadata for further processing in the DPF repository.
Our mail service provides Post Office Box Management for clients’ mail at local PO Distribution Center for daily pickup. Trained and scalable work force will open, prep, sort, edit and batch for further processing.

The platform consists of multiple EMC storage arrays powered by Microsoft Advanced Server 2003, SQL Server 2005 Enterprise, which offers unlimited scalability to meet clients changing storage requirements. The system provides for the consolidation and management of multiple structured and unstructured content types, tracking the retention and disposition cycles by class of records. Record authenticity is insured through worm drive characteristics and audit trails of record movement are enforced.

Authorized employees, vendors or customers with appropriate digital rights can access any file in the unified repository with a standard web browser utilizing powerful search tools supporting various indexing schemes. Upon reviewing, users with the proper authority may print, fax or email the file.
