- Hosting customized development and automation of certain new business processes at DPF’s secure data center, for integration within DPF’s Advanced Electronic Content Management System. Client also has option of moving certain current in-house application processing to integrate within DPF repository platform, affording additional storage capacity on client’s production platform. Consisting of web-based integrated array of capabilities, DPF information management infrastructure captures essential data and images from paper and electronic documents, stores, delivers and allows timely accessibility over secure lines. We uphold the strictest procedures for information handling with extensive auditing and insuring data security and integrity throughout the process.
- DPF deploys at the client’s site or host at its secure facility, EMC’s Email Management Solution for the Microsoft Exchange and Lotus Notes/Domino environment. The system automatically captures all incoming and outgoing emails, with attachments, classifies, imposes retention and disposition time cycles, along with de-duping and compression capabilities, migrating them to a more cost-effective self-healing, self-managing Centera Storage Platform. The Centera System offers guaranteed original, unaltered content authenticity, non-erasability, and native format storage to meet various regulatory essentials.
